Sporay is an audio visual project of husband and wife duo of experimental noise artist Eva Aguila and collage video artist Brock Fansler. Eva and Brock create new and unique textured analog projections utilizing found consumer video equipment, 1990’s professional video gear, CCTV security equipment, and modular video synthesizers. Combining these pieces in feedback loops and in combination with white matte sculptures yields expected and unexpected results of color, shape, and luminance. When they are not occupied performing they are busy producing visuals for nightclubs and the TV show, Experimental Half-Hour. Using the same approach for video effects they provide a collaborative green screen platform for artists and performers to interact with.
